Some are lucky, some have charisma, some do A TON of PR everywhere, some are hoes.
Your best bet is probably trying to do collab streams with other small streamers. Do you watch any others that have like sub 20 viewers? If no, start to do that and then ask if they want to stream some MP game together. Also, raids.
