Back to the books again. This is a creation taken back to the Artificial Intelligence - A Modern Approach and made fram scratch, although servitor tools were used. It's an astral/mental AI disc which produces robots to be used for astral travel or as servitors. They are hardcoded and use tables for simplicity. They are not "learning computers" but are just reflex agents which react based on preset patterns. This makes them instant-fast and easy to manifest. Your intent will decide which kind of role or "skin" they put on. The core is just a tin can robot.
