It's SheShe's method of keeping track of soap usage. [New, Good, Fair, Patched, and Scrap] are the conditions of any item and with soap each use progresses it to the next until it's used up. Don't worry too much about it as it's mostly flare, but we're detail oriented so we like that sort of complexity and realism.
