Jews do not worship Satan. They worship Yahweh and they do as they're commanded by the scripture of the Old Testament. Gentiles have pretended to decry the Old Testament as being hogwash, when it's not, because it scares them. They'll even go as far as to say that Yahweh was a demon or even Satan himself. The Old Testament is still valid and is happening today. The New Testament is sort of like a condensed, easily digestible version of the Old Testament with a lot of pseudo-intellectual jargon thrown in by Paul.
