It's more a matter of letting the egregore of the vampire based craving decide. If it's some more regular human thing and you give in to that, it may have human effects, I think.

The NWO and their degenerate "rituals" for example aren't based on being immortals. They misunderstand it as vampires being sadistic, and that sadism creates immortality. But eating raw meat won't turn you into a tiger either, so why would it work? For predators, this is their natural behaviour, they won't even feel something like humans do. If they had to be perverted to eat, they'd be under a lot of mental strain all the time.

Some of the vampires in the US, I checked what they do by the more recent akashic records, and some of them visit the same facilities as the degenerate "elites", such as those marked as "aquariums" on city maps. There is one vampire lady who fucks and kills teen boys at these places. What can be said about it? She's a registered force of nature, like a lightning strike or a storm, even maintenance deities are in on it, those "missing kids" are scripted by divine order to be killed that way because it's an uncontrollable force in effect.

But when the pedogaters do it, they're just degenerate murderers and it's a crime, because they are humans and shouldn't do that.
