Yeah he seems like he's reading into things and connecting dots that aren't there in some cases, like Victor being part of some conspiracy because of who her parents are (interesting that Victor was supposed to have tried to groom a girl saying he was CIA though) and it's looking like he's jumping to the conclusion that because she had a bunk bed even though she wasn't living with her brother means she was being pimped out, but it seems to me like he had sources for some of this stuff.
