Yep. I definitely noticed that about hobbysts on 8chan. That was my reason for leaving. I didn't see what the point was trying to discuss my hobbies there if I was just going to get some schizo crybaby screetching at me for actually enjoying something instead of disconnecting myself from all forms of entertainment like the rest of them. At that point, even reddit is a better website to discuss hobbies.
