If that was true, you wouldn't be attending university.
I know, because i suffer from depression, and maintaining any prolonged effort (be it educational, social or work) is impossible with such a nihilistic outlook.
It seems to me like you're hardworking and motivated, learning languages and biology. I think if you opened up to people irl you'd find many wonderful friends (and stop feeling any need to come here)
