The post that was deleted was up for like a year. That being said, it proves nothing, it's just a picture of a woman(Very attractive btw) standing next to who is presumably her daughter with a balloon that says 15 on it.
The girl doesn't even really look like Puka, filters or not, and the odds are it's not her.
