a lot of what you wrote are just autistic traits, especially the stubborness, the black and white thinking and the tendency to acritically adopt opinions and behaviors of people you particularly like or look up to. what you call naivety is the inability to read others' intentions and motivations, that's why autists are easily manipulated.
