plus, eating 1000 calories a day is terrible for you. that'll cause more problems then it'll solve. you don't need to starve, just eat a balanced diet. don't become an anorexic. ciara (mostly ciara) and bianca looked great before they got anorexic.

also, stomach fat is not always an indicator of health, since most healthy women have a distinct pouch of fat on their lower belly. fat people can be detected by their arms, legs, etc. but i know where you're coming from.
