Not to mention how almost none of it is actual harassment, and is just men complimenting her. (women truly are oppressed)
And she's not wearing "normal clothes", she's wearing a skin tight outfit designed to show off her body. You'll notice that men don't wear those kinds of clothes.
The point of the image is how women are hypocritical in that they claim to hate attention in public, but love it online. (The truth is they love both of them, but with the real life one they can pretend to be victims.)
