It is absolutely fascinating how fucked up and non-innocent she was. Combined with her cute looks makes her a very interresting subject to dissect. I really wonder what is in the head of people like her. What drives them to do thinks they do? Perhaps, a total lack of understanding of how this world works and inability to resist impulses. Like the other guy said, she might have had developmental disorders (such as autism). Such people can not address and resolve their problems on their own due to an underdeveloped executive function, but unlike people with actual physical disabilities or what we classify as "mental illnesses" (as opposed to "developmental disorders") the blame for any kind of misbehaviour falls on their shoulders. If they do anything wrong it's because "they are pricks and stupid fuckedup weirdos" it also applies to criminal responsibility. Growing up in an unfriendly environment while having developmental disorder is not an excuse for killing someone (or committing any kind of criminal law violation) but then people with "mental illnesses" can avoid being put in jail (ofc they are admitted into mental health correction facilities instead where life is no better than in actual prison but still, the point that they receive different treatment stands). What is the key difference here? What makes a person "responsible" for their actions?
