I'm not trying to be rude, but thinking that using "big words" makes someone smart is the epitome of stupidity.
It's like thinking that someone speaking quickly means they're smart. It's irrelevant. If anything, it shows the person is trying to convince others that they're smart.
A genuinely intelligent person conveys their points as simply and succinctly as possible, in an as easy to understand way as is possible, to maximize efficiency. And they typically don't try to prove their intellect to others.
Her other beliefs also suggest she's lacking in intelligence, but that's another story.
