Sometimes victims of sexual assault develop an obsession\fetish for what happened to them, and even purposefully seek it out. Like when a woman is raped, and she becomes hypersexual, immediately wanting to cheat on her bf/husband with multiple other men.
It must suck to have something that's both mental trauma and arousal material.
