The Russian guy is the rich boyfriend that Marky supposedly cheats on with 'justin'. The Russian guy was not 'earlier' as this would not even have been possible. Marky moved back to America from Brazil in early-mid 2019 (when she cut her hair short). She was dating the blonde Brad guy in late summer 2019.
