She's actually 19,can confirm as we are friends and I've talked to one of her closest friends a while back and he confirmed her age. She's underweight, about 100lbs at 5'5. That's why her breasts are small (also could just be genetics). Her boobs aren't completely flat though like the other anon suggested. She doesn't have a man chest lol!
