Bee would also have to forfeit all her parental rights in court. If she does that she will lose her legal right to even see the child. If by some miracle her sister is allowed to adopt the child and if she at any point in time decides that she does not want Bee to have anything to do with the child or won't allow for her to even see the child there is absolutely nothing she can do about that legally, her being the biological parent is irrelevant at that point.
