Nah, it was pretty easy. i used VLC to take screencaps like every 3/4 of a second or whatever, of that moment of the video, then just used cutoutpros cartoon selfie filter on each screencap. From there just load each screencap in my video editor one by one and make sure each screencap is in order and the same duration.
There are 37 individual screencaps, but I'm lazy and didnt bother cleaning up/adjusting any of them so yeah, it could have been very SLIGHTLY better...
