I remember when that vid of Ciara ranting on the Ash was first posted. It seems to be tongue in cheek by Ciara. It was like a crossover comic book like Superman vs the Amazing Spider man only it's Ciara vs the Amazing Ash.
From everything I've read it's 99.9% sure that Ciara did OD. A few seem to think that her death was faked by her family and she was sent off to Ireland to relatives to get her out of the hole she was digging for herself.
