When I renovated my house I moved the light switches 6" off the floor so I could turn the lights on and off with my foot. I had to move them back to 48" because my dumb blonde girlfriend said that she was tired of bending over to turn the lights on and off. I told her it was so the lights could be turned on and off with the foot. Now she says that it hurts her leg to lift it 48" to turn the lights on and off.
