I also started my transition around the time Ashley was making videos. Like most of the guys here, I thought she was cute, but I was never attracted to her. You probably fantasized about dating her; I fantasized about being BFFs. Sleepovers. Shopping sprees. Talking about boys. Y'know, girl stuff.

I still check this board from time to time because of how impactful this community (and especially Ashley herself) was when I was finally decided to self actualize. I once chatted with her on Google Hangouts and she's actually the one who told me to just bee myself. Ashley doesn't actually hate trans folks. I think we really connected (as friends).

I am a beautiful woman who happens to be trans, and in large part, I have Ashley to thank for that.
