The pull/knocker thing is for the front door. There are 3 casement windows in the bathroom, toilet, and laundry, so 3 each of the locks and stays.
I spent nearly $300 a few months back on 18 sash window lifters and 9 sash window locks in polished brass.
Can't remember what the brass hinges and shit cost or the door knobs throughout the house.
Can't believe idiots do this sort of refresh of their house every year or two.
