I have shifted back to eBay from AliExpress because eBay protects the consumer. Lodged a claim with aliexpress they put the reason for not delivery down as a customs issue the package was marked as delivered and claimed I didn't provide paperwork for the customs issue when denying the claim. Devious chinks.
