The problem with giving feedback in this modern world is making sure it gets to the right place.
There is not much point telling the 18 year old girl at the KFC window that they are cooking the chicken wrong.
She will just want you to go away. She will not care. Nothing will change. She would not even pass the feedback on most likely.
