You would have to go back to the bakery, line up again just to tell them the sausage roll you just ate was mediocre.
It would be quite awkward.
The other way to do it is via online reviews but I'm not sure how seriously they take them. The businesses are often very defensive about them and will question whether the person who wrote the review was even a genuine customer.
