In case you need a reminder, this is my argument.
All degrees are worthless and award rates based on education level rather than competency in the role is retarded.
If I employ an RN, and a fresh worker, the new worker could out do the rn in every way and often do but the nurse gets a higher wage. Even when the role doesn't require specialised training.
