They're all qualified. One has a cert III, and one has a uni degree. Both doing the same job, and the qualification relevant for the role is only the cert III. (as well as dcsis and clearances etc)
But RN gets more.
It incentivises me to not hire anyone with further education.
I pay the base herders around what nurses get anyway.
