He had something similiar happen the other week. Some local feral kids jumped his fence and swam in his pool. One of the kids hit their head and almost drowned. Somehow the ambulance got called. The Ambos reported the near drowning to the council. The council came and inspected his property. They said he needed a new fence around his entire property. Its going to cost him 17 grand and he has under a month to comply with theor ordanance

Fucking kids.... Zip tie em all !
