I don't know about the other states, but in BEST A:
You fail a roadside bretho (handheld unit)
You get taken to cop shop
You get a proper bretho on a big machine after 30 minutes
You get told you can cop the charge or get a blood test done.
Getting to the hospital has to happen within 30 minutes and is at your own expense and travel arrangements
