I have 500g of Brussels Sprouts in the Mike Lando. I would usually have cut off the base of the knob, incised it and removed some of the outer leaves but I couldn't be bothered so I just rinsed them under the tap and put them in a bowl. 12 minutes on high. Pinch of salt.
