Snosage roll done. Should have cut it into smaller sections instead of doing one giant bog-log. At the hour mark I made a trivet of sorts using rolled strips of alfoil and then threw her back in the oven, just to help crisp the bottom layer of pastry. An hour and 15 total cooking time. Flavour was nice.
