Got to be balanced on this issue. Can't have total anarchy because bad people will continue to do bad things to others. On the other hand, we don't want a total big govt nanny police state either. Have to have a fair balance of civil/individual liberties and some basic law enforcement to keep bad people from doing bad things to others. :)
