It isn't even about dickhead donny. He was just fortunate enough to be in power before everything went fuckup. Nothing he did could be considered as "making people's lives better", but only a retard would deny that a number of world events which have happened since that time have made everyone's situations worse. Rent is higher. Mortgages are steeper. Groceries are extortionate. Fuel is unaffordable. Huge numbers of people are dying daily in both Ukraine and the contested lands of the middle east.
The moron saying that things have improved since he left either invested in war stocks and pharmaceutical shares, or is lying in order to try and score points. Anyone who didn't invest in one of those two things is significantly worse off than in 2020.
