You really hate laws, don't you? The thing you want to be illegal was not and the thing you don't want to be illegal is. The age of consent is when a person can legally make their own choices about sex. Both in your state and the country that the German was in you were old enough to make that decision by yourself.
When he asked with no threat and you did what he asked, that is consent. The only way consent can be void is if you have a mental disability which makes you unfit to make that decision. Is that what you have?
