I respectfully disagree pidor.
That's at least a 8/10. The color vibrancy is really good, nice bright colors, but not such an overwhelming color palette that is - red, blue, and blonde (that blends in with her skin). I like bright things, because humans were evolved like that. Apparently, it is like the freshness of a fruit. Her expressions are excellent, every frame is nearly screencap worthy, especially at the end. The sound is fitting, and engaging which allows her to express such a range of emotions. Last but not least, she is very cutely dressed, and very feminine.
