she has fucky ass hair which she has had for a while not out of the usual perhaps
her skin tone and the whites of her eyes seem a bit off color. possible signs of jaundice

none of these things are necessarily new or nonexplainable by just the fact she seems to live an unhealthy lifestyle however they are all signs of anorexia/bolemia.
totally understandable of a teenage girl who is probably constantly bombarded with messages about her apparent weight gain.
