I have banned a couple of single IPs to see if it helps with the CP Spam (it doesn't) but have not issued any range bans.
There were a number of range bans still on /bbg/ that I assume were historical - looks like they didn't get cancelled in the recent clear out. If you still get them please post something with the ban ID.
