for the most part for me they're very slight, at the lower-back-left side of my head, they're like "impulses" going through nerve or smth, maybe that's exactly what it is. Yes, they feel good, I call that type of feeling "sweet", it's very localized in that point, not unlike sometimes when you nut and you get all the good feeling on the tip of your penis. It's not as strong, but still. If they're not very intense they're still in same area, but more akin to just fast "blinks" firing up there. It's not some very great pleasure, but it's still feeling good and relaxing.
