Why would we ever want to get involved in that crazy stuff? why?
I can bet good money that we has WAY more israeli criminals as friends than we know off. He probably killed them because they stepped out of line, went against their orders, or where "doing business" on his territory.
We really don't have all of the details except what they tell us. You really never know.
