As an example of unhealthy security measures reaching paranoia levels, we talk about the current zero COVID policy on China. They implement unhealthy dystopian/insane testing controlling measures to contain a virus, but the reality is that is not reasonable-possible (at human level) to contain completely a virus in big cities. They are creating an inharmonious society, and they are creating, without a good reason, more problems than they can solve.
