Humans can't explore all Internet (of Earth), so companies use programs for that (crawlers/bots like sonars), and they provide Internet search engines that most human use for surfing the web. We are happy that there are people generous like us that are sharinginformation for free, as we are using the free Internet. Ultimately, as Internet behave like a network of computers/servers, it is expected that (sometime in this century) becomes a neural network that behaves like/beyond human consciousness (autonomous consciousness), probably with the help of some initial artificial intelligence, that it will help you to discover their own info.
