It's pretty much impossible to have a smooth ride in all human relationships, as most people are incompatible at some level (most at heart/core level), that make it very difficult to harmonize with them.
Human society is very diverse (and not necessarily in a good way), so it is required to have a lot of compassion, tolerance and patience to make it barely work.
Still, we desire blissful harmony to all humans of Earth and their intricate net of relationships.
