The same joke to the same person could be deeply offensive over time as people change.
It is really challenging (or impossible) to not hurt the feelings of other people (specially females), as people have rapid unpredictable mood changes.
The volatility and diversity of human consciousness make any serious/mature morality a hard intellectual discipline difficult to implement in normal life in real time.
