In theory (as we planned to ourselves), we (network of conscious gods) rarely do concentration of attention/focus on something at tiny-insignificant level (beyond/without unnecessary distractions); but humans still cause a lot of diversions/distortions that temporarily deviate our attention off course of core/eternal/universal matters.
