While Internet help to keep a network of communication between humans, people still is not united, because, between other reasons, they have different languages, cultures, legislation/governments,...
Humanity is not yet unified (unity), there isn't yet a global government (even if there are people (globalists) trying to push/force it, destroying diversity). At the moment, Earth's humanity isn't a planetary family or community.
