Yes there's multiple levels of changes in English into what it is now, but Old English (not even close to Elizabethan English) is incomparable to current English. I don't know if there's a list of old words in this book though I have a physical copy of it but some of the words used here is lost in time and "it's a shame" that we don't normally use them.
