There is an appeal to it if youre rich and in a rich area. They have privacy, ease of travel, access to great entertainment, safety, etc etc.
It's also very easy to be social and meet good attractive white people.
my cousins apartment had free to use party rooms, movie theatres, gyms, room service and restaurants, grocery stores without ever leaving.
he can call a guy to bring his car to the front of the building, or drive him somewhere.
i know people that have private backyards too. you can have fun in the city, but for most people when the fun is over you have to go home. and that means retrieving your car from a parking garage, or taking a shitty train at night, or walking for miles to the train, etc etc.
rich people just get a comfy cozy drive home. if youre rich enough you can even afford to do that in the area people are having fun in. everyone else has to go travel home. your basically infront of your building. some people own lawfirms and live above it in beautiful luxury apartments with rooftop gardens.
its also a relatively safe city compared to other cities i've been to.
**personally i'd rather live in a rural area and have property for shooting, hunting, and bonfires.>>113308
