Depends on whether the foundation was kept up on the interim.
If the foundation was kept mostly level, it takes like two decades between major levelings for there to be issue. Rough guidelines.
If you're in such a dry area that the foundation doesn't shift ever, it can be even longer. But where I've lived has always been a mix of wet/dry depending on the time of year so you have to keep water on it during the dry to prevent sinking and cracking. And then like every decade or so, just getting someone out to jack up where it's sunk and add spacer so it's sitting level.
