I think there's a few character they released from the beginning that don't have the faction part, but I'd have to double check. It was probably easier to add the faction part at the beginning too. And yeah this seems like a game where you want the same element more around, unless they want to change that. Maybe Caesar doesn't like being challenged by women with bigger breast.
